Gail Johnson

I'm a South Dakota native who moved to CO in 1993.  While in SD I worked for SD Dept of Social Services for many years.
In 2001 I began subbing at Weldon Valley.  When an opening became available for the library position, in the fall of 2007, I was very fortunate to get the job.
I've been married to my husband, Larry, since 1983.  We have two children and five grandchildren.  I enjoy bowling, dirt track racing and my Red Hat Society group.  Since moving to CO I've become an avid Bronco fan!
My hope is to spark a love for reading in all students who come to the library. As Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis once said, "There are many little ways to enlarge your child's world.  Love of books is the best of all."
