Time is running out to enroll in our 2025 summer trip to Boston. Enrollments close on February 20th, so if you are considering this trip you must sign up now. We'll be visiting locations such as Salem and historic Plymouth Plantation. JFK's Presidential Museum as well as Concord and Lexington Battlefields will be highlighted as 2025 is the 250th anniversary of the beginning of the American Revolution. Tomorrow's "Dress your Best" day has been cancelled due to the freezing temps- instead let's stay warm and have FLANNEL DAY! Can't wait to see all the fun flannel up and down the hallways for February's Wacky Wednesday!

Last week we celebrated our School Counselor, Miss Schocke! Weldon Valley couldn’t ask for a more encouraging light to love and support our students, day in and day out- all day, every day. Miss Schocke is a problem solver, a crisis handler, and a safe place for both our students and staff alike! As many of you know, 2026 will be our next international trip to Europe. We have updated the trip, per request of several travelers, to reverse the order of the trip. We will now be starting the trip in Germany (Munich) and ending the trip in Rome. We'll be seeing the same things, just in reverse order. I am attaching a very detailed trip itinerary that gives a day by day overview of what we'll be doing and seeing on this adventure. There is still an early sign up discount for the trip. We'd love to have everyone join us on this exciting trip to Germany, Austria, and Italy. High School Basketball games are starting at 5pm tonight! There is no junior varsity games this evening, so everything starts at 5pm. Stop by concessions and buy your ducks to "chuck" in-between the girls and boys game!
2026 will be the summer that our school will be headed for another European adventure. You are invited to join us as we travel to Italy, Austria, and Germany. We'll be visiting the Colosseum and the famous Trevi Fountain. Personally, the highlight might be the visit to St. Peter's Basilica and the Sistine Chapel. In Germany we will be based in Munich as we visit Neuschwanstein Castle and Dachau. They'll be so much more that we'll experience on this once in a lifetime trip. Congratulations to our Lady Warriors Junior High A team as they won the league tournament today! It was a great day for all of the Warrior teams as the Boys B, Girls B and Boys C team all finished in 2nd place today. The A Boys finished the day 1-1. Congratulations to all the athletes and coaches!
