WV FFA members continued to celebrate National FFA Week by presenting; "Investigating a Cookie" to elementary students. FFA members taught about the Colorado Agricultural products found in chocolate chip cookies.
To celebrate National FFA Week the FFA members held a luncheon on Tuesday the 20th for the staff at WV. This Staff Appreciation Luncheon was held down in the Ag shop and was prepared by the FFA members.

There's a lot of LOVE going around Weldon Valley! ♥️The secondary students have an entire bulletin board professing what they love most about our amazing little school! There's everything from awesome friendships, supportive staff, fun sports, Fridays off- and so much more... We are so proud of our Warrior Family and can't wait to see that board get fuller and fuller!
Please join us tomorrow for our last home basketball games starting at 4:30 pm. The Class of 2025 will have a dinner through concessions of: enchiladas, spanish rice, cupcake, and a drink.

Weldon Valley International Travelers! The next great adventure awaits you and your family as we get ready to embark on a great adventure in 2026. This adventure will be taking us to Italy, The Vatican, Austria, and Germany. Sign up by June 1st for an early enrollment discount of $300 per traveler. Payment plans are available and Passports has excellent customer service to help all travelers. Everyone is welcome to travel with us on this European trek that will encompass Medieval cities and castles, WWII historic sites, and extremely important religious centers. Weldon Valley Preschool had a VROOMING good time this Valentine's Day. Parents were asked to help their child create a box car, they definitely get an A+. Preschool students drove their cars around the class delivering valentines, drove through Cupids Cafe for a sweet treat and enjoyed their treat while at the drive-in movies. Our smallest WARRIORS were speading love fo sure.
Our combined event is still on tonight! Come down for a Family Night. Kids Night Out is being held in the gym while adults 18 yrs and over can play free Bingo sponsored by PTO. Concession stand and dinner start at 5 pm, with Kids Night and Bingo at 6 pm.
Good morning travelers! Weldon Valley will be hosting a unbelievable trip to Boston during the summer of 2025. This trip will take place during the summer of the 250th anniversary of the start of The American Revolution. Passports will be our vendor for this trip, and they do a wonderful job of insuring an educational experience with fun and comfort. Boston will not be our only destination as we will also be visiting Salem and Plymouth. All students, teachers, parents, community members, and friends are welcome to join us in June of 2025 as we embark on a voyage to Boston. Happy National Counselors Week to Miss Schocke! She spreads kindness and compassion down our hallways on the daily! Congratulations to our Agriculture Education program for placing in the Top 20 in Colorado for both award areas for the students' Supervised Agricultural Experience Records out of the 120 Ag Ed programs in Colorado.
Weldon Valley Family! I am glad to introduce our 2026 International Trip. This trip will be a trip of a lifetime for many students and families in the valley. The upcoming trip will be a four nation sweep through Europe that will start in Italy, go through The Vatican, travel north to Austria, and end in southern Germany.
The trip will include stops at the Roman Forum and Colosseum, The Sistine Chapel and St. Peter's Basilica, Florence and Verona, Neuschwanstein Castle, and Nymphenburg Palace. We will have two additional tours of WWII sites which will be Dachau Concentration Camp and The Eagle's Nest which was Hilter's mountain retreat.

Please join us for our FFA Hired Hand Event at on Thursday, February 29th. Hire a FFA member for 8 hours to help out with farm chores, house chores, or landscaping. Dinner will start at 6 pm and the auction will start at 7 pm. Please see the flyer for details.
Weldon Valley FBLA members attended the FBLA District Leadership Conference last week in Sterling, Colorado. Twenty- nine members participated. An impressive eleven successfully qualified for the state. State qualifiers included the following:
